The Atlas Platinum PWB90XL is a 3D video wheel balancer with super automatic data entry: one gauge reads offset and diameter while a touchless sonar reads rim width, so there is no manual measuring. A laser line guide shows exactly where to place each weight, and Optimatch, split-weight and opposite-position functions help with match mounting and hidden weight placement. It balances to 1 gram in a 7-second cycle, handles tires up to 43″ and wheels up to 165 lb, and runs on 110V. Compare all wheel balancers or more Atlas equipment. The Atlas® Platinum PWB90XL represents the pinnacle of wheel balancing technology, delivering unmatched precision, speed, and ease of operation. It features Super Automatic 3D Data Entry, combining a single gauge for offset and diameter measurement with touchless sonar technology for rim width — eliminating the need for manual measuring arms.

The intuitive weight placement arm allows operators to select the most convenient position for weight application, while a Laser Line Guide returns the user to the exact location after each spin cycle, ensuring flawless, first-time zero/zero balancing results. Advanced features like the Fast & Easy Split (FES) function make concealing adhesive weights behind spokes effortless, and the Opposite Weight Function (OWF) enables repositioning of weight application from 12 o’clock to 6 o’clock for easier access.

For challenging assemblies, the OPTIMATCH software optimizes tire and wheel balance through match mounting, providing smoother results and extended tire life.

Make no mistake — the PWB90XL stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the industry’s most premium models. Combining Italian-engineered components with Atlas®’ renowned Factory Direct Value, this wheel balancer guarantees professional-grade accuracy, long-term reliability, and exceptional return on investment.
